These terms apply to every purchase made at iconicridesstudio.com, an online store operated by IconicRides STUDIO, Mexico City, Mexico (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Questions: hello@iconicridesstudio.com.
Products
We sell original oil-painting-style artwork of cars in two forms:
- Digital downloads: a PDF containing a link to 8 high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) in different print sizes. You print them yourself.
- Physical prints: posters, canvas prints and framed posters, produced on demand by our print partner and shipped to you.
Colors on screen can differ slightly from the printed result depending on your monitor and the print medium.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is included in the price of physical prints. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees if your card is not in USD.
Digital download license
When you buy a digital download you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print the artwork for your own private use, including as a gift. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or use the files or prints commercially, and you may not claim the artwork as your own. Copyright remains with IconicRides STUDIO.
Delivery
Digital downloads are available immediately after payment, on the order confirmation page and by email. Physical prints are made to order and then shipped; see our Shipping & Returns page for timing and details.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Shipping & Returns policy explains your rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, and how digital downloads are treated.
Trademarks
The artworks are original artistic interpretations. Car makes, models, teams and drivers that may appear are the property of their respective owners; IconicRides STUDIO is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
