This policy explains what personal data IconicRides STUDIO, Mexico City, Mexico (“we”) collects at iconicridesstudio.com and how we use it. Contact: hello@iconicridesstudio.com.
What we collect
- Order information: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone number (optional), and the products you buy.
- Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive only limited details such as the card type and last four digits.
- Account information if you create an account: email and password (stored encrypted).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders (contract).
- To send order and shipping emails (contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly sign up for them.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Gelato — our print partner, which receives your name, shipping address, email and phone to produce and deliver physical orders.
- Hostinger — hosting of this website and its database.
- Google — digital download files are hosted on Google Drive; Google may process your IP address when you open the link.
- WooCommerce / Automattic — store software services.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection safeguards.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the store to work (cart, checkout, login, security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (generally up to 10 years). Account data is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@iconicridesstudio.com. Customers in the EU/UK can also complain to their local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
