Digital downloads
Your download is available right after payment on the order confirmation page, and we also email you the link. Nothing is shipped.
Physical prints
Every poster, canvas and framed print is made to order by our print partner, usually at a facility close to you, and shipped directly to your address. Shipping is included in the price.
- Production: usually 2–5 business days.
- Shipping: usually 3–10 business days depending on the destination.
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Damaged or misprinted items
If your print arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email hello@iconicridesstudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don’t need to send the item back.
Returns (change of mind)
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may withdraw from a purchase of physical prints within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at hello@iconicridesstudio.com, then return the item unused and in its original packaging within 14 days. We refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
For customers in other countries, because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, but we always fix damaged or misprinted items as described above.
Digital downloads: no withdrawal after download
Digital downloads are delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available. If a file is faulty or does not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Cancellations
Physical orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible; we can cancel at no cost if production has not started yet.
